The Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) successfully conducted Cavite Career Caravan on March 11, 2026 at The Porta Mall in the Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite, providing employment opportunities to hundreds of jobseekers in the area.
A total of 345 applicants registered during the activity, where 51 jobseekers were hired on the spot, reflecting the strong partnership between the government and private sector in addressing local employment needs.
The job fair gathered 52 participating companies, composed of 45 local companies and 7 overseas recruitment agencies, offering a combined total of 9,418 job vacancies for various positions across different industries.
Through initiatives like the Cavite Career Caravan, the Provincial Government continues to strengthen its commitment to generating employment opportunities and improving the livelihood of Caviteños by bringing job prospects closer to the community. (OPIO)
